Children Order: Specific Issue Order

A Specific Issue Order is an Order used to direct one parent to address and issue about a child’s upbringing which the other parent is refusing to do.

It can be used to direct a parent do something, such as:

·       Sign a child’s passport.

·       Changing a child’s surname.

·       Permit a child to go on holiday.

·       Change a child’s school.

·       Address a religious or medical issue in the child’s life
